I'll be at the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show. I'm hoping to see what trends are emerging for consumer goods that can be re-purposed for biological field data collection. If I get good access at CES, I'll be posting good bits as I go along. Otherwise, I'll try to post some summaries of the day if I get time in the evenings.

The Central Neural System Bulletin Board System was online from early 1989 to mid 1997, providing dial-up modem users with a place to learn about artificial neural systems, artificial intelligence, and science topics via RBBS-Net and later FidoNet Echoes.

The world has changed. This new Central Neural System web site aims more broadly to provide users with accurate science and technology information. We hope that people will get involved and help make a user community with the same urge to help others that made the original CNS BBS a good place to hang out at.
